System IBX from brand Famous Names (creators of my favorite oil for cuticles Dadi’Oil) appeared in Ukraine recently and I was very glad one of the first in the country to test its effect on me.

IBX system consists of two funds, the effect of which is aimed at restoring damaged nail plate, its strengthening and protection.

Particularly pleased that the composition and IBX IBX Repair does not contain harmful substances and therefore has no restrictions on use. As far as I know, nothing like this has never been done in the nail industry. Most often the most effective firming in most products for this is to use formaldehyde, a member of the funds.

During application, which I will describe in further detail, it becomes clear that, despite the use of the lamp, IBX – it’s not a gel nail and not something that creates a visible physical protective layer only on the surface of the nail. IBX operates within, by applying, designed to maximize absorption and implementation tools in the nail plate, which do not require subsequent removal.

I would like to achieve not only strengthen soft and thin nails, but also to see how the result will affect delamination.

So my nails looked before the procedure.

Nail repair begins with the application IBX Repair.

IBX Repair can be used not only as a separate procedure to repair damaged nails and struggle with peeling nail plate, bundle and cracking, but also can act as an intensive therapeutic care under the gel varnish.

IBX Repair in my case, is applied as a varnish, but is indented 1.5 mm from the inner lining and side bolsters.

Further, to increase the absorbency, the nails need to heat a heat source.

Followed by application of IBX to strengthen nails and ensure their growth.

Before using should be shaken IBX, which is composed of avocado oil and jojoba oil.

This tool is also applied as a varnish, avoiding contact with the skin.

Nails need to warm up again,

After that nails should be degreased.

The first coating should be carried out twice IBX for the procedure, so that the first time the entire process may take 15-20 minutes, and then about 10 minutes.

To better understand what happens to the nail after the procedure, I did not only photographs the general condition of the nail plate, but especially paid attention to the bundle that I began a few days before IBX, after visiting the supermarket building.

Immediately after the procedure flakes stuck together, but remained small light footprint on the former site of the bundle.

After 30 days and three procedures to be re-bundle (on the nail can still be seen light footprint on the former site of the bundle).

If the previous bundle can be regarded as an easy case, it will be below the picture is not for the faint hearted.

Left you can see a very deep stratification that is not already turned to remove using grinding. Perhaps the image is difficult to notice, but the nail from hitting exfoliate almost the entire length of the free edge, and because of that after a while the upper part of the nail plate could cobble together with lacquer. To avoid this and to stop the bundle I’d have to completely remove the root length. And I would never have believed that such a problem can be solved in two of the application of IBX. For me, the result is somewhat reminiscent of magic. If she did not tried, I would never have believed that so damaged the free edge can still be saved.

The photo shows that the separation in depth was dark, not too prominent spot, and at the end of the nail, if you look closely, you will notice the familiar previous photo light traces of stratification.

Below left – the nail before the procedure, in the center – right after IBX, and right – after 20 days and after two procedures. During this time only slightly lifted the scales at the end of the nail, but the bundle is not re-started.

While I held the procedures managed the kitchen knife to cut yourself a slice of the nail. I usually cut away such injuries as a nail in this place becomes very weak and may crack, but with IBX decided to conduct an experiment and not cut nails at all. For me it was a very pleasant surprise that nail passed all the tests.

Furthermore, it enhances and restores IBX nails without loss of ductility, it is also accelerates growth. I had not thought that the nails can grow so quickly. Before writing this post I checked three times a schedule of procedures and even thought that was wrong somewhere – so unexpected was how to change the length of just 32 days. I have before and had long nails, but so quickly they did not grow ever.

The procedure itself is painless, after it under the varnish on the next day may appear weak feeling, reminiscent of “goose”, running around the nails)

Result from IBX not infinite – the system recommended by the manufacturer as a regular maintenance. IBX can not use more than once a week, but the exact time of the procedure depends on the nail.

Inside, this procedure can cost for the first application and 80-100 100-150 UAH UAH follow.

The process of application is very simple and can be carried with ease, even on their own, since it does not require any special skills, except the ability to deal with LED or UV lamp.

As you might guess from the photos, the result from the use of IBX has surpassed all my expectations. Since the commencement of the proceedings, I did not clean the length of the nail and the nail plate to grind. I even allowed myself a few times to go days without the varnish and thus do not appear on the nails damage, although earlier Area could break even for a couple of hours. I also visually seemed that after IBX outdoorsy nails and nail to keep them became longer, but recently, I think, probably due to the fact that strong nails any varnish will be more stable.
